About Me
Hi, I’m Christina — a certified nutrition coach.
I help women build a nourished body, a regulated metabolism, and true food freedom — without counting, obsessing, or sacrificing their sanity.
I’m not just a carnivore coach.
I guide women through nutritional, emotional, and identity healing after years of overtraining, restriction, and burnout.
I’m a wife and mom of four, a lifelong fitness and nutrition lover, and someone who has walked the hard road of pushing her body too far in the name of “health.”
For years, I chased perfection through dieting and exercise. I did everything I was told was “right” — trained harder, ate cleaner, stayed disciplined. On the outside, I looked fit. On the inside, I was exhausted, anxious, disconnected from my body, and eventually dealing with hormonal disruption — including the loss of my cycle.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that my body wasn’t failing me — it was protecting me.
Nearly three years ago, I discovered the carnivore lifestyle, and everything changed. By shifting to a meat-based, nourishment-first approach, prioritizing rest, and scaling back intensity, my digestion calmed, my energy stabilized, my relationship with food softened, and my body began to feel safe again. Healing didn’t come from doing more — it came from doing less, and doing it with intention.
Today, I live a life rooted in simplicity, strength, and nourishment, and I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.
I help women recover from overtraining, restrictive dieting, and hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA) by teaching them how to fuel their bodies with animal-based nutrition, move in alignment with their nervous system, and build habits that support long-term health — not short-term fixes.
