What is CR Coaching?

For years, I did everything “right” — counting calories, eating the “clean” way, pushing through intense workouts, and chasing the next diet hoping it would finally work. But behind the scenes, I was constantly bloated, exhausted, overtrained, and stuck in a cycle of restriction and anxiety around food.

When I found the carnivore diet, everything changed. I finally gave my body what it needed — real, nourishing food — and in return, I healed. My digestion improved, my energy came back, my hormones started to balance, and for the first time in years… I felt at peace in my body.

Now I help women just like you do the same.

My coaching blends carnivore-based nutrition, healing movement, and lifestyle shifts that support your metabolism, hormones, and confidence. This isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about learning to feel strong, free, and empowered in your own skin.
