What is CR Coaching?

Traditional nutrition and fitness advice often leaves women feeling exhausted, anxious, and stuck because it overlooks one key component: safety and nourishment for your nervous system.

After years of pushing myself through overtraining, dieting, and chronic stress — until my body shut down, my cycle disappeared, and my hormones crashed — I discovered an approach that actually works. Nearly three years into my own healing journey, real food and purposeful rest changed everything. 

Today, I help women heal from:

  • Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) and lost or irregular cycles

  • Restriction, food fear, and emotional eating
